Yes. A local engineer looks at your property with you, talks through the risks and gives you a tailored quote. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
Our monitoring team checks your live cameras within seconds. If it’s a real threat they warn the intruder through the speaker, set off the siren and strobe, and call the police while the intruder is still there. You get an alert on your phone at the same time.
The police decide how to respond, not us. What we can do is make sure they’re dealing with a confirmed intruder rather than an unexplained alarm, because our operators have seen it on camera. Where needed, a security response can be sent too.
Yes. Systems include a roaming SIM that switches network automatically, so your alarm stays connected if your broadband is down or the line is cut.
No, not unless your alarm goes off or you ask us to check. You get an alert on your phone every time an operator looks, and you can switch indoor cameras off in the app. More on camera privacy.
